COMPOSITE FACTORY - OPENING CEREMONY 

Outstanding product quality and innovation in line with age and technology played the main role in the development and construction of the composite factory. It is based on state-of-the-art automated ultrasonic cutting equipment, a specially regulated resin application system and high-quality tool constructions essential for composite serial production. These tool designs are implemented through a state-of-the-art 5-axis machining center.

Our products, manufactured under state-of-the-art technology under controlled manufacturing conditions, meet customer requirements at the highest level. To standardize and reproduce these requirements, a customized enterprise management system incorporating industry-specific features contributes to, refines and customizes the manufacturing technology of the Magnus Composite Plant.

The technology used will be designed for wet-lay up and vacuum infusion.

The company, along with the workforce essential to the composite plant, will employ 125 people once the pilot operation is completed.

Magnus Aircraft Zrt. in addition to 250 composite fuselages and other components, it also undertakes wage production.

As with the first phase, we have also endeavored to create the spaces and service units that are environmentally conscious on the one hand, and efficient production organization on the other, using modern technological equipment.
